Get in your “right” mind…..PAINT!

It doesn’t matter as much what you paint as it does that you’re taking time to paint.

What makes you an artist is creating art!

    Have brush.  Will paint.

Poetry for Artists

The Artist’s Prayer

If we as artists as we paint precious earth                             can make a difference, and cause a rebirth                                of reverence for nature that the Indians had,                         then with humble pride, we can be glad.

If we as artists can instill more pride                                             in protecting and saving the countryside,                             then our lives will be rich indeed.                                             May God give us the skills we need.

If we as artists can strive to succeed                                             in capturing the essence of the scene we need,                     but know with mere human effort we are destined to fail.        Maybe with His help of the brush, we’ll find our Grail.

If we as artists can give meaning to days                                 and show beauty we find in so many ways.                                We'll know that full beauty we're never up to the task.        We will always fall short. His forgiveness we ask.
